Adam didnt have any sort of Redemption in Season 4. Hell, because of his nature, he's the only dead character that didn't come back as a Phonic Ghost.

I still find it really funny that Fine got to come back as a force ghost even after her soul was destroyed.

It's not like Shem-Ha actually got any redemption, either; she was just powerful enough to stick around. And... really? A Complete Monster wouldn't have worked; Adam was as bad as would make sense given the tone of the series. And he was an inherently flawed proto-superhuman... who still nevertheless had somewhat positive goals as he was presumably opposed to Shem-Ha's plot.

XDU has continued to provide extra fun regarding Hibiki and Miku.◊ The latest banner/purely item collection event is Partners of Fate (as is that card), and the 5* Symphogear on the banner is Miku... whose special attack is a unison with Hibiki. "Reverberation Under the Sun". It's nice.

Yeah, Hibiki x Miku is such a goldmine... not that it's a bad thing, since they're basically the golden couple of the series. XD

Would Fudou count as a Complete Monster, though? As horrible as Noble Red, especially Milaarc, could be, at least they cared about each other. Yeah, it's a classical case of Moral Myopia, but that's something at least. Fudo only cared about "protecting Japan", and given the things he did during the series, I'm kinda convinced that he only cared about Japan as an abstract ideal born from his self-delusion.

Oh no, now I"ll have to pick up a second Gacha game.

But I really want to see the story :P

Outside of a couple specific events, the story ranges from meh to pretty boring. Apparently the average quality does go up over time, but that still bringing it up towards decent rather than good.

OVA 1 is out!

Hibiki is bad at birthday presents.

Shirabe is nervous about defining her relationship with her girlfriend.

Tsubasa is also bad at presents.

I'm really looking forward to the final OVA. Really want to see if they'll continue the tradition of heavier shipping content in the OV As and make Hibi Miku more explicitly canon in the final scene.

Symphogear Live 2020 is september of next year instead of early spring:

Guess that explains why the first volume didn't have concert tickets. Maybe the last volume will instead.

I quite like the setup of the main quest honestly.

Aside from the slightly questionable translation (I think, based on stuff like Kanade Amo rather than Amou).

But I don't know if I'll keep playing it or not - I've heard its not very FTP friendly later on.

Hopefully someone uploads the story to Youtube or something so I won't have to.

I got Ignite Hibiki. Well, I was rerolling accounts UNTIL I got a Hibiki of some sort so it was one of the two.

As for FTP friendly... I've managed to keep playing the JP version despite not being able to read anything that was going on and getting by mostly on hitting things with big sticks. Guess it depends what is meant by FTP friendly.

The real question is what blithering idiot okayed a Symphogear/Attack on Titan collaboration and is trying to present Bigmen as a legitimate threat. Or why they thought that the people watching/playing Symphogear are in the market for an angsty generic-looking guy on cards with magical girls.

Third OVA is out. Subs are not great though.

I liked it, but a little disappointed it didn't end on a Hibi Miku skit.

Ultraman Crossover in XDU was announced. Based on the manga that got an anime by the guys who wrote Linebarrels of Iron, but its still Ultraman.

Despite the global version of XDU dying, the Japanese version is still going strong.

They just announced that for their anniversary, they're having a Nanoha collab.

The amazing thing isn't that there's a Nanoha collab, it's that there's a Nanoha collab after avoiding the obvious for so very long.

I'd find hilarious if the Book of Darkness, the strongest big bad in Nanoha, is scared Shitless of Hibiki, for obvious reasons.

But the Book of Darkness isn't a god is it?

Also Reinforce is nice, why would you do that to her?

Anyway, the way that the Book of Darkness regenerates, it's probably fine. Probably? It's not making it so the damage never happened.

One of the animators made what seems to be an epilogue concept of an older Kirika as an Airplane Mechanic, so who knows?

The event that came with that Memoria got a translation. Probably accurate? Either way it would match what the hell is going on...
