Is the beta available to download yet?

It's the same beta client as the last one, and it is live. Just had a couple rounds putting people through my Millia blender.

I'm genuinely surprised that Arc decided to dub GG again. I was under the impression that GG's dub was so bad that they decided just to ignore it in Revelator. Not to mention people seem to prefer the subs for GG. Especially more than ever in this day & age

The honest to God reason both relevator and BBCF didmt get dubbed was so theyd have both games EVO ready and save time. After Fighter Z and BBCTB they realized how importsnt duns were to their audience, so now its back in full swing

Cost was also a huge factor as to why CF didn't get dubbed.

Yes, I'm aware of all this. It's why I never bought Central Fiction.

I also assume Arc would try to save some money again by not having it dub. Especially since I thought GG's dub was received so negatively.

People still asked for a dub for the updated rereleases.

Cant say I’m terribly versed in GG lore, but I’d be interested in hearing who those voices at the end are if anyone has any idea.

lol I just assumed they were someone new. I’m used to English voices, so I guess that doesn’t help.

Guessing this means Aria and That Man/Asuka will be among the first DLC characters. Surprised Aria decided to keep the Jack-O' outfit.

Wow they even got back That Man and Aria's voices from Xrd, nice.

But I will say that Story Trailer kind of felt...lacking in some parts? Like it still doesn't feel like this is the final part of the story despite how it was being presented.

Why is it so hard to believe Prince would reprise his role as That Man?

I liked anji but at the same time I don't like how they took away his On move and removed the electric ball plus the stomp. Also the step from fuujin used to be able to cross up which it doesn't do anymore. As a result he feels more streamlined but also repetitive? He was always big on abusing fuujin but now it's like you have less options. The counter super is nice though especially combined with the twirl. Mad stylish. But I don't think he needed to have stuff taken away either like he did. Feels like he's more railroaded now.

Not to mention Sony changed their policy regarding dubs at the time, after developers begged them to change it, especially those without the resources to include one.

Man, so many more people have been raging at and meming May's dolphins since the Strive betas.

I remember having a difficult time against May back in Accent Core +, but I don't recall her being top tier? Unless she was top tier like Slayer & Baiken?

What? They took a step forward & 2 steps back with Anji's design?

May has consistently been a mid-high tier. She isn't particularly amazing in Strive either.

Its just that her dolphins are a fantastic approach tool that creates easy mix-ups and if you guess wrong you're gonna get smacked.

His new stuff is nice I guess, I just don't like what they took away especially since it felt unnecessary.
