Hiei glanced around, hoping to pick up on any other demons in the area so he could get this over with. His attention was quickly drawn to a young girl with red hair, while he didn't sense any demon energy, there was definitely something strange about her.
He approached Vita. "You, child." he called out, trying to get her attention.

So far, so good. Don was leading Alpha Team down from the fire escape to the nearest staircase where the team can go the exhibition hall on the 13th floor.
Damn bad luck... Don thought to himself, shouldering the M4A1 as he found the nearest staircase. To most East Asian cultures, having the number 13 was not a good sign and thus, building planners would not put 13 as a floor number. Hopefully we won't be caught by surprise.
"Bravo team here."
Don urged the team to stop, raising a clenched fisted gloved hand as he did so. "On the way to the 13th floor through secondary fire escape. No resistance so far."
"Anything, snipers?" Don asked SDU sharpshooters, who were kept on the loop with the radio feed.
"Checking now." came the reply.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"

How long had it been? nearly a year? In the end, It doesn't really matter to Takeshi Asakura or rather, Kamen Rider Ohja. A perfect example of a psychopath, and what most would call "Axe-Crazy".
Ever since Shiro Kanzaki gave him the Ohja deck to fight in the Rider War, where This wild animal of man had pretty much fought and brutalized his way though 3 other Kamen Riders and countless mirror monsters. Despite the massive amounts of enjoyment he gained and violence wrought in his participation in the war. He never really felt content as he had been denied the opportunity to kill the one Rider that he hated the most due to the Cyberman attack, where the alien cyborgs interrupted his grudge match and ended up killing his quarry. He didn't take too kindly to that and in his savage fury, destroyed a sizable number of the alien scum and unintentionally became a hero-if barely since his mad rampage had managed to save a few lives.
Despite being unable to get revenge, he filled the void in his black, tiny heart by taking it out on the many magicians, Kaijin, aliens and assorted supernatural beings that are now public knowledge, where he quickly became a public enemy of not only Tokyo, but the Japanese branches of the organizations that now tend to the Universe's security. Currently, he is rather busy beating down a gang of thugs inside an alley, whose leader had scuffed his favorite shoes.
"Come on. You guys bore me."
"You little-!"
The madman easily dodges the Thug's rather telegraphed punch before flooring the weaker man with a punch to his face, breaking his nose. Afterwards, he dodges another Thug's sloppily executed roundhouse kick and dispatches him with a punch to his testicles, where the man makes a noise akin to a squealing toddler before pathetically slinking to the ground.
"And you, You need to pay for scuffing my shoes."
Having watched as one man was able to effortlessly take down his partners, The Leader clenches his teeth in anger before his angry look mutates into a grin and further degenerates into maniacal laughter, causing Asakura to raise an eyebrow in suspicion.
"What's so funny bastard?"
"That Once I'm done with you asshole, your own mother wouldn't recognize your corpse!"
"The hell does that mean?"
The Leader procures a USB-like device
◊ from his pocket before shoving it into an unusual-looking tattoo on his left bicep, transforming him into a fiery, obsidian golem which radiates incredible heat
◊, causing Asakura to sweat from it's sweltering presence.
"A dopant? Eh, You'll do."
The Dopant's fires glow more intense, reflecting it's anger.
"DON'T BE SO ARROGANT FUCKER!!!"
The Dopant shoots a trio of fireballs at Asakura, who looks rather disinterested at the fiery doom heading his way.
"Venosnaker!"
Suddenly, a giant, Purple, robotic cobra shoots out of a puddle and blocks the three fireballs with it's body, protecting Asakura and hisses at the Dopant, who had backed off in surprise at the monster's appearance.
"My turn."
Asakura takes out a purple card-holder
◊ from his pocket and points it on the puddle, where a metallic belt superimposes itself on his reflection's waist, but the belt had actually appeared on his body for real and he then calmly slides the card-holder into the belt's slot-like buckle.
"Henshin."
With those words, Takeshi Asakura transforms into Kamen Rider Ohja, Where he pops the bones on his neck before charging towards the Magma Dopant.
"DIE ASSHOLE!!!"
The Dopant fires another volley of fire balls, which Ohja dodges with ease before closing in and smacking the Kaijin upside the head with his scepter, hitting with a surprising amount of force and sending it staggering back.
Vita's and Hiei's enhanced senses can easily pick up on the sounds of a battle that's raging on not too far from where they are.

"Child?!" Vita's temper almost instantly got the better of her at being called a child. Even though she certainly was one physically, at the very least. She folded her arms. "I am not a child! I'm a Belkan Knight and an agent of the TSAB."
Considering that things had gotten a bit weird since that invasion on earth, revealing this was actually fine. Vita would have continued with her introduction and other titles, but she heard a fight not far off from their location.
"... Ehh?"
Vita reacher up, one hand wrapping around Graf Eisen's standby form.

"I guess that explains that energy I felt." Hiei muttered to himself, seemingly completely unamused by Vita's reaction.
Hiei's hands went to his katana as he glanced in the direction of the fight. On one hand, it was a chance to fight something other than those pathetic demons he'd been dealing with. On the other hand, it wasn't those pathetic demons he'd been dealing with, so it really wasn't his problem.

"Thank you." Blackfire laughed before bursting into a high speed sprint. "Ah, it's a good day to take over the world~" she sang. "And I'm looking particularly gorgeous today, it better not rain..." she murmured to herself.

"Of course, Satsuki-sama."
A conflict? That close by? It was Vita's duty as a TSAB agent to check it out... and resolve it... it would be a lie to say that Vita wasn't interested in resolving a conflict in the best method she knew.
"Eisen!"
She pulled Graf Eisen's standby form from her necklace, and it glowed. Soon, an orb of reddish light consumed her. Within, her clothing unraveled and was obliterated, which was one function of the rob(preventing embarrassment). The other was protection. Graf Eisen grew and shifted, assembling itself into the long-handled red hammer of its active form. Soon, Vita's crimson barrier jacket formed as well, complete with her peculiar hat. The orb shattered, leaving Vita in her barrier jacket and Graf Eisen in its active form. Vita gripped the armed device tightly.
"Cartridge load!"
"Explosion!"
A section of the hammer folded and shifted, loading a new cartridge. With that, Vita was off and running towards the sounds of the fight.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."

Frieza easily kept pace with Blackfire, humming slightly as she sang. "Always a good day to take over the world." He replied.

Hiei sighed and followed Vita. If he had been more interested in what was happening, he would've run there at full speed, as it was, he contented himself with keeping up with the young knight.

The brown haired man sat in a window seat with the fire-seal sword sat beside him, leaning against the seat. The man taps his fingers against the table, waiting to be waited on. The Prototype-Gear certainly had more to worry about now more than anything. World's converging with one another, new villains to fight, all of it was a big load. He'd like to get back to his own world if anything. A lot of stuff was much less complicated that way.
The man turned to look out the window, frowning. He was reminiscing about his former love but.. that shortly died when someone finally came to take his order.
"I'd like some wine." the man said as he turned toward the waiter.
"We.. don't serve that." of course, what was Sol thinking, it was a cafe, not a bar.
"I'll have some raspberry pie and some black tea."
"Right away!" the waiter left after taking the order.
Sol then sighed as he turned a glance to the fire-seal sword. He had nothing more to do except wait for his order.

"Now shall we begin?" the blonde girl assumed a stance, holding the wooden sword toward Shirou. Her main goal was to train Shirou in combat and maybe vent her anger while at it.

"I believe one city shouldn't put up enough of a fight to require such things as a sneak attack. Let's give the world a preview of what's to come." Coming to a halt, Frieza rose high in the air, before raising one finger. Energy gathered into a purple ball the size of his head, resting atop his finger casually despite being powerful enough to blast the city into rubble. He laughed darkly, before pointing at the city, sending the orb of energy flying towards it.
"Death Ball." Frieza told Blackfire, "One of my signature moves."

The pair in the sky had begun to speed up. Eventually they went so far and so fast that Peacock simply gave up the ghost and decided to turn in a completely different direction. Even she knew better than to chase someone fruitlessly. Her aim was to find a fun place, anyway. Maybe another bank to rob, hopefully successfully this time, then a swanky hotel with global TV. Something along those lines. Her plan was loose at best.
Her ride was still lacking, though. Even pushing the car as fast as it could possibly run, it wasn't ludicrous speed enough for the cyborg. Not cool enough at all. As it went, Peacock decided that the best place to snag a new set of wheels would probably be... well, as far as her current options went, a gas station was her best bet. She stopped in and made herself at home in the shop, stashing away bags of junk food in her cowl and hat for later consumption as well. When the clerk caught her, she just smashed his face into the nearest wall.
Just at that moment fortune smiled upon the girl, who spotted a sleek red convertible pull up. A Lotus. Perfect. And she wouldn't have to break any windows this time, either. She let the owner fill it up— can't drive without fuel. Just as he was about to get in, Peacock reached into her hat, opening a hole in space near the driver. Her hand was holding a snub-nosed revolver on the other end of the hole; she pistol-whipped the driver hard and hopped through the hole, pushing him out and pulling her hat through.
"Now this is more like it!" She said, rubbing her novelty-sized gloved hands together. Avery, tired of being stepped on, provided a peg to stick in the hole in her foot so that she could rev the engine. She did so with enthusiasm, and the convertible sped off, leaving a cloud of dust in her wake.

The girl rushed forward, holding the sword steady. Immediately she begins with a horizontal slash from the side. If that caught Shirou off guard, she'd continue with the onslaught. Vertical, horizontal, and diagonal slashes keep on coming from every which way. If the boy wasn't prepared, he'd probably be on the floor within a second.
"Hey you! Nano-something or other!"

Shirou was of course ready for it. Saber was his teacher, so he knew how brutal she would be.
However, it didn't mean he was anywhere at her level of course. He managed to block the first few strikes but one got through, leaving a bruise on his arm surely. No time to think though, as he swung the stick around wildly blocking, looking for an opening.

"Ooh. Flashy." Blackfire responded. Her eyes started glowing and her hands were surrounded by a purple light. "Now, it's my turn." She laughed gloatingly. She threw some starbolts at a crowd of people and zapped a business man. The man lay on the floor terrified, and did his best to run away.

Don heard the snipers report back that none of the armed gunmen were aware of their approach.
"Okay Bravo team. Continue to assault. Alpha will take the lead."
"Roger."
Don made the cautious approach up the stairs, crouching down in order to avoid having a high profile that anyone would be able to see. He went up slowly, peeking to see if anyone was in the floor.
"Exit muna si Polgas. Ang kailangan dito ay si Dobermaxx!"

Frieza merely pointed at the man, and a purple energy beam lanced through his leg, wounding him and preventing him from running. Then the tyrant waved his hand, breaking the man's back with a though. His pain was short-lived, however, as the Death Ball impacted a building, and vaporized a good half of the city within moments.
"Ah yes, such glorious destruction." Mused Frieza, flinging several ki blasts to kill a few survivors.

Shirou was actually holding his own against her attacks. The girl smiled. She saw that Shirou was looking for an opening and for one instant she stopped attacking to recover. If he took this bluff, she'd deliver a powerful upward slash to Shirou's chin.
If not, she'd remain still, waiting for him to make a move.
"Hey you! Nano-something or other!"

Having reached the site of battle, The TSAB mage would be greeted to a rather strange sight of A Purple Cobra-themed knight armed with a scepter savagely mauling what seems to be an immolated rock monster and winning since the Knight kept dodging and parrying the beast's blows quite easily which is an arbitrary expectation given the obvious difference in skill of the two brawlers.
"Hahahaha!!!"
The Knight dodges a fireball from the Monster before punching it on the face and fiercely thrusting the scepter at the monster's knee, where the way it reacted to the attack indicated that it had been injured.
"AARRRGGHH!!! FUCK YOU KAMEN RIDER!!!"
The Monster prepares to unleash an explosive wave of heat, which the Knight responds to by drawing a card from his buckle and inserting it into the scepter.
ADVENT
Moments after activating the card, a bulky, upright Rhino monster leaps from a puddle and rushes in front of the knight, where the fiery Monster's attack is easily defended against by the Rhino's tough skin, shielding the knight.
"Come on, Is that all you've got?"
The Fire monster seems exhausted by his last attack.
"You... Bastard..."
The Knight draws another card from his buckle and inserts it into his staff.
