Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! I'm editing this OP and pinning it to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.

What is this?
New theme music also a boxSo this probably means nothing, but Peter is wearing his old suit.
This song needs more love.Valkyrie is also in her Sakaar look. Probably just reusing old pictures.
My favourite pics are rocket (makes my heart break), Loki (how can he look so tragic?), Peter (still too soon), Cap (because he looks so, well, Cap, he is the epitome of a hero) and Bucky (because it's Bucky, Bucky will never fail to break my heart).
RE: Shuri:
Thanos is an ass.
He is a scrotum-face.
Get it right.

Well, at least we now know for sure that Pepper survived.
Love these posters. Love that there are equal numbers of living and dead characters. Love that the implication is that these 32 characters comprise the full membership of the Avengers (odd choice for Pepper and Happy to be part of that, but events of the movie could make them either active or support members).
Disappointed by a couple exclusions. No Maria Hill is a travesty. No Hank and Janet is disappointing, but understandable since I don’t expect them to be in the film at all. Same deal with Black Panther’s supporting cast, since you can’t really make a case for Ramonda and W’Kabi being Avengers, and you COULD for Nakia and Ross if they had been in Infinity War, but they weren’t. M’Baku should probably have made the cut though.
EDIT: Heimdall should be there too.

I think calling anyone that does anything remotely heroic an Avenger kind of cheapens the name. Like, Ramonda has never even met them.
Also, Heimdall is a Revenger.
Woops, I read that as "can make a case." My bad. I stand by my stance that Heimdall is a Revenger though.

"In 900 years of time and space I've never met anyone who wasn't important."I doubt that Heimdal will even be in Endgame.
Thus, I said you can’t make the case that she is one.
And if Loki counts, I certainly feel like Heimdall should. Guys like Korg and Kraglin are more the “they’re Revengers/Guardians, but not Avengers” mould.
And the comic membership of the Avengers includes some truly ridiculous characters.
All of this is just a desire from me to see all of the heroes united under one banner for the final battle anyway. Even if they’re “Avengers” for just this one mission, that’s fine.
And aside from all of this...Maria Hill. Fury’s current One Good Eye. She certainly counts.

I wonder if Goose lived.
Goose would be over 30 years old.
Well, why not, she isn't a cat after all.

While it’s true we don’t know the lifespan of a flerken, I have to assume it’s not SO significantly longer than any animal of it’s size. Is 30-40+ right? Who knows. Seems long to me though.
So what?
They killed Spider-Man twice in one year.
