It was specifically stated that all of the Z Fighters limited the size of their attacks so they don't cause catastrophic damage to the planet, if not destroy it out right.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Well... usually.
I personally think that at the start of a fight, Cell would be stronger, but his pride would doom him in the long run. I notice that he is a collection of the strongest warriors in Earth's history, but with the exception of Piccolo and a couple of others, many of them were stupid Blood Knights.
On Afro Samurai vs Samurai Jack: It's a good thing Afro is a borderline Villain Protagonist, because Jack's sword is actually incapable of harming good people. I wasn't aware that in the manga Afro's skill by the end was so good that he subconsciously decapitated someone he wanted to kill him.
Hmm. I doubt Afro would have the Number One Headband. Though when properly earned (which he does, twice) it grants some form of godhood (I don't know if it's total godhood or Reality Warper ability around the Number One's domain), Afro doesn't actually try to keep the headband.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyVegeta also aimed up at the last second so he wouldn't destroy everything, even though he could have killed Cell if he had done so.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Not seeing how Kars could be a match for Cell. The power difference is immense. Even Saiyan Arc characters would be too much for him.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."The only version of Kars that would win is Novel Kars, who has access to every single stand in existence( Including Gold Experience and Made In Heaven), including their requiem forms, and are powered up even more by him realizing infinity. The canonicity of that version of Kars is questionable, though

Watch SymphogearSo I've seen this one in a few places around the Internet, but can't recall it having come up here (if it did and I've forgotten, my apologies), but Sinestro vs Magneto? Thematically it works—both are well intentioned extremists who are former friends of the hero, have a child or children on the other side, and go through a Heel–Face Revolving Door. Power-wise, I think Magneto has more raw power, but doesn't necessarily have much of a defense against Sinestro's constructs.
Thoughts?
I'd say you got it reverse, Sinestro has the more power, but Magneto has the better defenses.
I might actually give it to Magneto. He's projected forcefields that have allowed him to survive deep space, nukes, Thor, The Phoenix Force and even blows from Galactus. He's not limited to metal like most people imagine - he can block pretty much all matter and energy. So he could easily turtle up and wait for an opening (He IS patient) and Sinestro's ring has a limited charge.
There's also back and forth on if power rings can be moved via magnetism or not.
Sinestro's biggest chance is that his ring can do truly insane shit like use wormholes, time travel and the like, which he could use to bypass Magneto's shield, but honestly, he's rarely shown to use that kind of lateral thinking when fighting AFAIK.
Kars Vs Cell: Kars was defeated by being launched into Space. Cell can survive (And move) in deep space thanks to Frieza's DNA. He's also shown in the show that he's fully willing to destroy the earth if a fight goes terribly. So I think the fight ends once more with a helpless Kars floating in space...

Unless Novel Kars gets put into consideration.....
Watch SymphogearOr Sinestro could just summon Parralax and watch it eat the old man.
My various fanfics. No outside help in deathbattle remember?
Otherwise might as well say "Magneto will summon Onslaught".

Those are two totally different things.

My various fanfics.Yes. One's a competely separate entity. At least Onslaught is partially Magneto.
:-P
Point is there's no reason Sinestro would get Paralax. They are distinct characters. Same way He-Man didn't get Battlecat for the deathbattle proper, or Cloud didn't get any summon, or Link any fairies, etc...

Novel Kars would have access to GER, ZA WARUDO, Cream, Anubis, Purple Haze, and so many others it could be broken in the other way. Honestly, I figure Cell would take a fast lead, especially if he started using energy attacks. Then he'd note how fast Kars was learning, be patient while waiting to see if Kars could catch up to the power imbalance, but then either get bored or get a Zenkai if he actually starts to lose, and be much less patient about destroying everything to be sure he killed Kars the second time around.
If it was Novel!Kars, I don't know what would happen, but I assume Kars would win.
Still a fight I'd like to see.
I read Sinestro as Mr. Sinister at first.
When did Magneto block those higher end characters? I remember him using his power to send Thor's hammer away, but that's it. I'm not certain he can harm Sinestro with external damage. Even if he tried to Gravity Squeeze, Sinestro and power rings in general have very strong barriers that I doubt he could get past... no matter how Pringles he is.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyAll those "Kars vs Cell" talk makes me shudder at the thought of what would happen if Kars actually originated in the Dragon Ball universe. After becoming the Ultimate Lifeform, he got all the characteristics of every living being ever, multiplied dozens of times, and with instant mastery. Can you imagine what would have happened if he lived in an universe that contained Sayians, Frieza and all the other overpowered things we see in DB ?
Never mind that shit. BEERUS AND WHIS LIVE IN THAT UNIVERSE>
My various fanfics.A thought on surviving in space:
Yes, Cell could survive in the vacuum of space just like Frieza, but so can Kars. The difference is that while Frieza could survive, he was helpless until his dad's spaceship picked him up. Kars was in the same situation, but without an outside spaceship to rescue him. At the time of the Cell Saga, there wasn't anyone in the series who could thrive and move on their own in the vacuum of space. It wasn't until Buu that we started seeing that.
See, don't you want to see Kars reach that level and fight Cell? I don't even have Cell's overconfident curiosity, but I'd love to see it happen.
Or even better: Potara fusion.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyIs it alright if I put fighter similarities in the OMM section of the trivia page?
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.Er.
The reason Freeza was helpless and didn't move anywhere is because he was comatose and nearly dead after being beat up by Goku, bisected, and blown up twice.
I have a message from another time...Only because half his head was missing, most of his body was gone, all of his ki depleted and he was barely conscious.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."Do we know that Frieza cold fly around in space if healthy?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyI don't see why he would be unable to do so. There's less resistance flying through space than in the air.
We have seen him move around in space in the Bardock special while in his hovercraft, but that's more on him being lazy than it is an inability to do so.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."Where we talk about intelligent brain tumours, yandere suits and body hacking.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!... A living tumor? That's a new one.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Who? Deadpool?
I have a message from another time...
Cell can only absorb through the tail, while Kars can absorb all over. Once Kars notices physical contact and an attempt to absorb him, he could just do it himself, only better.
I wonder again how much energy was output during a beam in the Cell Saga. How does that compare to the volcano Kars walked through?
Kars can also mimic and improve upon life he has observed. I wonder if he can do that to Cell?
But Cell can make Cell Juniors...
The sad, REAL American dichotomy
