Nintendo really needs to start officially publishing their soundtracks. Especially since BrawlBRSTMs3 X had all of their Nintendo songs taken down.

Or, you know, fire their lawyers.

Well, correction. They weren't taken down, they were just blocked in certain countries which, judging by other channels, is a prelude to your channel going poof so they took them down themselves.

Many of the Pokemon songs have been taken down as well. This is sad.

God, are you serious? No wonder I couldn't find Aurora Area Extended last night. This sucks.

But hey, you can buy the Kirby Star Allies soundtrack... for 6,000 yen, and only if you live in Japan.

And that's assuming the scalpers haven't hit it yet.

Nintendo does publish soundtracks, but generally only in Japan. (The DKC trilogy made it on CD here, though! I think.)

And each one would have either Baby Mario, Baby Luigi, Baby Toad, or Baby Toadette.

As a side note, typing this made me remember how much I miss Baby Donkey Kong.

I actually got one. I'll share my impressions once the demo hits.

I'm playing Dream Team Bros again recently, because I never got around to finishing it the first time. I got to mid Driftwood shore and then started doing something else.

I wasn't having fun at the start, but once I got the hang of things I started enjoying the classic Mario & Luigi humor. Although jumping in the middle of a game is always a bit tricky. But I didn't want to do those first 18 hours again.

Boy do those Giant Luigi fights make my blood boil.

I absolutely hate games which require mandatory touch screen controls in a battle situation, I didn't notice it at the time, but my DS lite's bottom screen is one big asterisk from TWEWY. Although I did play that when I was much younger.

It just stresses me out so much the fact I have to balance being careful and not losing the fight by doing poor Action Commands.

The worst is when they expect you to draw rapid counter-clockwise circles.

I'm still thinking about my hypothetical Bowser game. You know that cool purple cape he wears on the Japanese boxart of SMB3 but not actually in the game? That would totally be one of his power-ups. And it would turn his hair orange and his eyebrows black.

A 2D platformer focused on lots of beat em' up action starring Bowser feels like such a no-brainer after those Bowser levels from TTYD.

A 2D platformer? Do you mean top-down like BIS? Personally, I was thinking something in 3D. Bowser would control kind of like Goron Link...

What about how he works when captured in Odyssey? It'd need to be expanded a lot for a full game of course but might be a nice base.

Yes! That plus curling into a spiky ball and rolling around like Goron Link (which is something Bowser can do in Galaxy) are the crux of my idea. That and learning different kinds of breath attacks, like fire breath, ice breath, poison breath, etc.

My idea is that he has to rescue Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings from another villain, and every time he rescues a Koopaling, they use their magic wand to give him a new skill. So basically you'd get a new skill whenever you beat a boss, Mega Man style.
