Yeah could be also on Android since the mobile versions are ports of each other and made by the same people...

Okay, flash news, now I'm trying to built my farm. Herbs and all.

So... it is just my saves, or herbs tend to grow in lighted corners? I mean, most of Silverthorn I got usually grows in crevice or slopes. Seems similar with Blinkroot.

Also, I'm totally lacks Daybloom and Daybloom seeds, Bummer.

Daybloom should be easy to get, just wander above ground during the daytime and keep swinging a sword everywhere (or whatever weapon you're using).

This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...

[up] That's what all guide says. But compared with, says, Silverthorn (almost 300), I only got, like, 50-something Daybloom, with seeds not even reach half the number.

To be fair, my forest got overtaken by Corruption, so it's kinda inevitable.

Ah, that would be a problem, you don't get Daybloom from Corruption. Also, I'm guessing you're based near a snow biome if you've got that much Shiverthorn?

Just start planting then, it grows fast and easy.

With the amounts you've already got? Ground, definitely. Plant the whole lot in a dedicated strip, then walk over with a shortsword extended once they are all in bloom. It'll very quickly multiply your amount of seeds, so prepare a biiig planting ground for the future.

Just make sure you don't swing a sword in that area before they've bloomed.

Yeah. And make sure its full bloom rather than merely fully grown - for Daybloom, the flower is wider open at full, and it happens during the day.

Because of the full bloom factor, massfarming Blinkroot is less convenient as they go to max at random.

Blinkroot easy, makes a lot of caves on dirt layer and they start popping out on their own.

Now, I'm looking where to get waterleaf seeds....

And also, digging into jungle, found that there are two honey nest, and I accidentally put one of my outpost near it. Like, only separated by 2/3 layers of mud. At least I didn't accidentally into it and found out I have to fight Momma Bee by mistake.

Waterleaf is a bit easier to garden on mobile as all you need is a thin layer of water for full bloom rather than having to catch random weather.

So, yeah, apparently, no matter the situation, you can only get waterleaf seeds by submerging entire plant in water. Even when you grew them on pot. On the other hand, daybloom farming are doozy.

Now hunting for the Lava Charm.

At least we no longer need to submerge the fireblooms in lava to get them to mature.

[up][up]Yeah that's a mobile version keeping an old quirk.

[up]Mobile and console users still do need to lava it up according to the wiki.

[up] Yeowch. At least they had courtesy of living freely on most Underworld's surface, got lots of them and their seeds that way.

What really kills in farms is blinkroot. Random blooms are annoying to farm.

Yeaah, it's individual potting only for growing the seedcount.

Once you have a big enough base to handle random variance you can try mass-cutting and hope the statistics are on your side... But better do it with the floral staff.

Sooo, I try to tacked Wall Of Flesh.

I died. Horribly.

Twice.

Well, build the walkway then....

Yeah, walkway is highly recommended.

Especially as I imagine phone controls being a bit more awkward than PC.

Also, get yourself some Beenades and/or the bee gun. Both work wonders when dealing with the Hungry.

I've found two tactics that work with Wall of Flesh, Bees and Minishark with Shark Tooth Necklace.

Both involve flooding the combat arena with projectiles.

Beenades are always the right choice against the Wall of Flesh.

Eh, I just prefer to use Space Gun + Meteor Armor (works well on all pre-hardmode bosses), and make sure to have farmed a Demon Scythe for early hardmode.

I abuse the pause-screen potion bug. It's really the only sane way to heal.
