I was talking about the moonstones, lol.
I'm trying to write for Soryn, and I keep getting distracted by deja vu. I'm starting to suspect I lost some data somewhere along the line, and my paranoia is not going to leave me alone until I finish re-examining my notes to see what's missing.

Alright, so to clarify something: no, Maya and Jackson can't see or sense Arnaya, but are trying to get her to reveal herself through the smoke, so she can still try to be sneaky if she wants.
Take your pick: Arnaya red-lined herself running on energy from Mael's stolen gem. She's a monster who slipped her leash. Vampires have a culture and there are things you NEVER say to them. Or do you have a suggestion?

My deep condolences. I'm still coming out of a flu that's made the past week hellish. Even as the symptoms are fading, I'm finding it a struggle to write deeply about anything without nodding off. If I'm awake for an hour, my body wants to sleep for ten.
