Tropers Down Under (I mean Australia you gutter-noggins)

Cygs is right about the canopy cover and vegetation strata that define the differences between 'jungle' and 'rainforest'. Although, hust to screw with the rest of the world, Australia's the only place in the world with 'dry rainforest', which sends biolgists from around the world into jibbering fits. You'd think the platypus would have been sufficient warning *puts credentials away now*

Was referring to how the hand of creation dropped a strange amount of Rainforests on a place as hot as this one, not the differences between jungles and rainforests.

We haz dry rainforests though.

Australia's court system is weird compared to America's.

Which part of it? The fact that everything has to be written in blood and/or beer? That lawyers have to ride in on kangaroos? That if you lose a case, you can legally opt to "bust a deal, face the wheel"?

I doubt the Americans would let a man who murdered and raped a little girl get off with a ten year prison sentence.
