Again, I hate being on the West Coast.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonOne of the episodes is about Gumball and Darwin believing the world will end in 24 hours.
Its amazing how fitting this episode was for this week.
"You just got mooned!"
And Darwin and Gumball's relationship just got creepier. Wow.
How "The Dress" got past the censors is a freaking miracle.
I liked "The End" mostly because of how relevant it was as well as Mr. Watterson's antics. "The Dress" was pretty funny too, though why anyone wouldn't realize it was just Gumball in a dress to begin with is beyond me. That's cartoon logic for 'ya.
A Winner is You!Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
Did Tina at least make an appearance? I've been waiting for her to show up.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonTo be far, Gumball does look a lot like his mom...
She got a few lines in "The Dress"
Yep.

Oh sweet. Something to look forward to.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonJust made a recap page for the show. Thanks to That Other Wiki for the upcoming episode titles.
Yaaaaaay more Tina next week!
Please consider supporting my artwork on Patreon"The End" only could have been better timed if it came last week. Gumball's perm actually looked pretty bitching.
Attractive Bent-Gender is a very played out trope, but it's funny here simply because of how ridiculous played up it is, especially with Darwin's stalker-ish behavior.
It's hilarious that instead of abusing Peek-A-Boo like almost every other cartoon they just blithely pixellate his nudity. I was half expecting him to get away with it by just borrowing Darwin's spare pair of socks and shoes.
The Line-of-Sight Name thing was pretty funny, even if it was a lot like that one joke from Family Guy.
@Green Machine 2084: Well, given how widely different all those characters are even in basic shape, clothing is probably a big method of identifications.
Also the same dress apparently made a fire hydrant look good. Clearly, they weren't looking at Gumball that whole time.
@dmysta 3000: Although that doesn't explain why her wedding dress fit when she's easily twice his size, short of her being a ridiculously late bloomer.
You don't have to link it that way; you can just do Recap/TheAmazingWorldOfGumball.

Oh God I wish ALL eclipses had the moon MOON the sun! :D
That part was indeed hilarious.
I also loved how incredibly deep Tina's voice was. I also liked how my first actual time seeing her was a time when she was more or less shown in a positive light, so that she wouldn't automatically turn into The Scrappy for me. Since I keep forgetting to turn the television on, I tend to miss the first few minutes of each episode, so I don't know if she appeared any earlier or not.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonActually, her very first appearance in "The Third" was her literally stepping on other students and then scraping them off her feet.
Talk about an Establishing Character Moment. Oh well, at least she's been shown to not be a total monster.

Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonI don't understand why Gumball got off the bus in the first place instead of just riding it until he was out of sight of the school. Or what the point of the balloon was; I really don't see why that was more likely to keep it a secret than just leaving and Darwin seeing his "girlfriend" die would definitely be more heartbreaking than "breaking up".
Looking again, the end of the episode reminds me of that Futurama episode "Bend Her".
I would seriously love to see Nicole's reaction to all of this happening, and Richard's reaction to her reaction (and if she'll ever get the damn dress back).
EDIT: Another funny thing I noticed is that half of Gumballoupseggwobbleunderpant's fans (Penny, Miss Simian, Tina, Masami, Carrie) were female.
On an unrelated note, if Miss Simian is a 2nd grade teacher, why are all her students 12 (old enough to be 7th graders)?
EDIT2: Look at the videos. Look at "Gumball's Wonderful Day" (even if you've seen it before) and look in the background.

Hmmm... I don't know. Maybe Miss Simian transferred from teaching second grade to seventh grade? Or she might be teaching a Special Services class...?
Oh and uh, I don't see what's so special about the background in Gumball's Wonderful Day.

Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonThe picture of Darwin kissing Gumball, from "The Dress", is hanging on the wall in that clip. Subtle continuity nod.
Ooooh. I didn't notice that.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonI'd have to agree with the idea that Miss Simian was probably transferred over to teach 7th grade (possibly against her will), hence one of the many reasons why she always seems pissed.
A Winner is You!That's a nice little bit of Fanon, I think.
Please consider supporting my artwork on PatreonAgreed. Am I the only one who thinks she's like Ms. Bitters?
YOU! OBEY THE FIST!
Well...this episode had excellent timing.
