They wanted to make changes, but abandoning the Twins' shenanygans is something they should've kept.
There's no new ep this week on account of Memorial Day in the US, which is ok for me because I'll be at Anime North.
~PirkaOh god, episode 9 was bloody awesome. It's like they acknowledged what made season 1 fun to watch with wall-to-wall action and excess gore all over the place. Plus they kept the Jackknife sequences and the Twins in.
Still not on par with any season 1 episode, but it's the best one this season.

Well it helped that the story was about a car race, which automatically brings in some action. But I know Superjail! can function just fine without a "story device".
Looks like the newest episode is the first of the two-part season finale. Great to see the cast of Ultra Prison in it.
Actually, I heard it is NOT a two-parter, since it's supposed to be the last episode of the season. Regardless, I'm glad they didn't forget Ultra-Prison, and I like how they put a last-minute Sequel Hook at the end for a possible third season.

Makes sense. The last season ran for only 10 episodes. Must had mistaken that for 11.
It's over already?!
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.Saw the final episode(its on youtube) and I'm not saying anything other than the ending is a Sequel Hook.
And indeed a third season came, even if it seems that nobody cares... Too bad since it seems to be everything that made season 1 great, and everything is Up To Eleven (maybe even a bit much, at times it's difficult to understand what's going on). The ventriloquist puppet episode was a little bit weaker than the other two (but we finally get to hear what Gary sounds like), but all in all it is a solid beginning. The only complaint is a lack of Twins, I hope they didn't return to their home planet...
Well, I found this show. I finished the first two seasons. I liked how season two was less formulaic than season one and treated the Twins like actual characters rather than just plot impetus.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Could this be our first hint at an episode from season 4?
Sounds promising...
I really hope the upcoming season does well.
We all recognize that I'm the problem hereOh hey! I just saw the first episode of Season 4 online!
Look at all that hellfire…
Alice and Stingray got lost in space…I'm not questioning that! And it's ok because the Mistress and the rest of the Ultraprison are saving their asses!
Totally forgot who was that talking puppet guy!
Ash, the twins, the gay guys, the smoker, and the other recurring guy! They're ok!
Jared's dead! Or is he? No he isn't. But his love interest note doesn't know that!
And so once again, the day is saved, thanks to the power of sadness!
Superjail is back, baby!
Thoughts?
Augh, I still have to catch up on this show. I was only vaguely aware of a second season until this year.
Loved it, Ash and Cancers ghost were probably my favourite part of the episode.
I've only really written one fanfic... but you can find it here http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8476612/1/After-the-FallI wonder if that Doctor and Jared's girlfriend ship will last for long or will be retconned now that it's been established that Jared's still ok.
And also if Fleshy Jailbot will stay like that or go back to how we usually see him by the next episode.
Double posting because the next episode just came out.
"The Last Pack".
Looks like Superjail is still in the process of recovering from the events of the season premiere episode.
So Jared not being with his GF (still don't know her name) is going to be a thing this season. Bummer.
Are those Jail-Titans?
Yay, Jailbot's back to normal. Nice.
Remember folks, smoking always kills. One way or another, it always kills.
Always.
Thoughts?

Triple-posting because new episode:
"The Superjail Inquisitor"
Is it too late to say the show's gotten Off the Rails this season?
That would imply the existence of rails in the first place.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatWell, I've noticed that most of the endings to these season 4 episodes have the the majority of the main characters in very un-winnable situations like getting smoked on by Jail-Titans or suffering a massive alien-thing plague. And yet, by the next episode everything's been rebooted.
This episode in particular had Jared getting skinned, the Doctor losing his legs, and the freaking Apocalypse happening.
And how come people barely talk about this show here?
I guess because it's not Legend of Korra, My Little Pony, or Adventure Time.
Though in all honestly, I don't think Superjail is "cool" to talk about, unlike those other shows I listed. So I don't know.

I think maybe it was cool around the time the second season started, but then quickly forgotten?
Yeah, way to go with the Twins' subtlety, guys. Can we get back to the two actually screwing around with Superjail's operations?
