I think the fun is not being surprised by the twists, but talking about what twists could happen, and seeing those executed. The reveal was quite humorous. To quote Rudy:

@Lawt: Yeah. That's not just a problem with webcomics, or even just transformation fiction, but with the portrayal of transgendered individuals in fiction in general. It's either creepy and fetishy or full of Freudian excuses.

I think she's trying to mislead us this time. She wouldn't stoop so low to pair Gavin and Rain together. That would be too predictiable.

The art in this comic is driving me into a mild rage. Half the time, the characters don't even have mouths. (Animé characters may have tiny mouths in most cases, but at least they exist.)
