We had a discussion about exactly that on the dpage of What Goes Where. I believe I've seen different mods give conflicting answers on this. Personally I don't think they should.

I can't find any info about it, and there's no banner on the Sugar Wiki pages.
I personally don't they should, because (to quote the DW banner) "there are subjectives, and then there are these", but I wanted confirmation before I started zapping Sugar Wiki links.
