PMD-B - What Was Once Alto Mare

-A catamaran is sailing through a tight corridor in a built-up area. The surroundings are a wild hodgepodge of structures, a mix of shanties on stilts, some multistory, parts of ancient and crumbling human habitations of a style being built up along what were once canals and alleyways. Were one to look down from above, one would see that this zone is one of 4 such built-up islands of tin and wooden roofs, separated by expanses of swampland punctuated by the occasional decaying ruin-

<Peeko(?): "Whelp, this is it. A bit of a dive, and the refugee mons around here can be a little rough around the edges, but you should be able to get anywhere you wa-">

-And the boat abruptly lurches after clipping part of a walkway, causing part of it to list-

<Walkway!Swampert: "WHOA!">

<Walkway!Gurdurr: "ACK! Watch where you're going, jerks!">

<Dock!Machoke: "Sorry about that!">

-Which happens to jostle a certain box loose, spreading a deck of cards all over that of the catamaran-

Giratina saw from that battle I had lost my way, and took away those cards... After I saw what kind of monster I became, I shut myself off from the world... I couldn't trust myself around anyone... not even my wife.
