Tassa lands on the floor with less grace then she likes, Ganon to his credit, landed on his feet. The two looked over everything, and Tassa was filled with a deep sense of unease over this. Ganon had reincarnated quite a few times and as such was actually pretty okay with weird stuff.

Silas lead the party out, "I have a better room for science lessons and lectures, we have a lot to talk about, such as how the ship produces thrust, or what the Artificial Gravity does."

Tassa blinked and looked to Ganon, who shrugged as best as he could and followed the strange man in the blue coat.

The party would find themselves in a decently sized room with a minimalist style, a simple white table in front of them, and a large screen at the end of the room. Des and Pentigan would recognize it for certain.

"My little frigate here was starting to get more and more parties, so I needed a proper meeting room for visitors and such," Silas explained.

Roxy shook her head with a laugh.

Silas looked over everyone, "We'll be approaching Persephone soon enough, so what do you all want to learn about first? The artificial gravity or the fusion engine?"

"Well, how to train my Pokemon, for example. My friends are not very disciplined when they battle."

Musubi (Emolga) squeaked out in protest.

"Ah, except you, of course."

Fuka shakes her head, disoriented by the sudden shift in shape and height. Once adjusted, she sees another Pokemon with her, and remembers it as the one Jared said he became. She looks at her fork in the road Halis led her to. She puts her tiny arms on her little Gible hips.

Fuka: <Hm, finding Halis won't be easy. Yes, caves are a Gible's natural habitat, my natural habitat?, but they don't really have much of a means of tracking. They're more the 'hide and attack prey who her close' type of predator.>

Turns to the other Pokemon in the room.

Fuka: <Hey, Jared, you got any ideas? All I have is 'pick one and hope for the best'.>

"What on earth is the J-Team doing in space?" I said confusedly. "Sometimes I wonder how they get into these situations. Now, anyways, TM's." I took out my bag and took out my Wild Charge TM and took out Vulcan. "Hey Vulcan, I have a TM for you!"

Vulcan:<Oh, nice! A electric type move very nice.>

Vulcan learned Wild Charge!

I returned Vulcan to his Pokėball and putted my TM away in my bag. I noticed a poster on the wall showing a new region I haven't seen before. It's called Galar. "Wow this looks cool! The Wild Area? Looks like a Safari Zone, but bigger."

Halis... or, at the very least, someone that resembles Halis in some physical capacity, not counting the outfit, head ornaments, or, most damningly, the lack of a scarf, is sitting on a bench, looking around, their gaze turning to someone who quickly scurries away, seemingly frightened.

Halis(?): "Hmm... no, that's not them. None of these people are, not yet. It was easier when the world just went aflame back then, honestly, saved me so much thought in looking. Oh, how wonderful the blaze was, flickering for just a moment like a mirror to the soul..."

As they reminisce about a time bygone, they forget what they're doing if only for a moment and stop looking around. Why they have a paper fan out when there's already a fairly stable breeze going on (not to mention being fairly chilly as-is) is unknown, but it seems like they're looking and/or waiting for someone, possibly anyone, really.

Silas smirked a bit at Julius's excitement, and then sighed, "Sorry Julius, majority rules. Everyone here wants to know how the hell we're walking about with gravity."

Silas picked up his pDroid and started to click through, the table opened up to display a holoprojector that scrolled through several designs, before settling on what looked to be a odd device. Silas looked about, "Alright so who has any idea how artificial gravity works?"

"Presumably, no one, cause not even you do," Roxy stated.

Silas rolled his eyes, "This is true, and Pentigan you are correct, the artificial gravity supplied to us now was from Ziltoid, the Beheeyem musician as part of a favour I owed him, turns out he really is from another solar system and came to ours cause apparently we have the best coffee in the galaxy."

Snakeye looked at the mug of coffee he just made, <Thas' a worryin' prospec' right there.>

"As for grav plates. They are a scifi concept found in tv and movies, the Foxverse also has them but the Foxverse is different from our universe in several ways."

Another click and the image changed to a layered metal sandwich of sorts, "The floors are fitted with emitter strips under them, these emitters express the gravity waves generated by the lead device, the gravity generator Ziltoid gave me itself generates the electric gravity and sends it through the strips, which can then be controlled by software to increase, decrease, or even mold gravity fields, as demonstrated earlier."

"And it's the reason why nobody at Asimov has been able to recreate the generator, but make the strips for every upgrade this ship got," Roxy noted.

"Correct. I have a few theories as to what Artificial Gravity might be, but it's hard to study as we only have one and I dooooon't feel like risking it."

"Now my theory is this. Artifiical Gravity is really synthetic psi powers."
