Isbrand: "Well, I did have plans tonight...but it's more fun to get wasted with cute chicks."

"Oh, shirking your responsibilities to hang out with me? I didn't think I was in your league."

She gets up and walks up to Isbrand.

"Should I got get ready now?"

-Kat, who had been sleeping on a nearby bench for the whole encounter, wakes up and approaches Cady.-

Kat: So, did I miss anything?

Cady: Apparently I'm a mind of crystal.

Kat: A what?

Cady: A mind of crystal.

Kat: What does that even mean?

Cady: I'm, like, immune to some sort of mind manipulation or something. It's why my memories survived that attack.

Kat: Interesting. Oh, look, the boat's arriving!

-Cady and Kat are admiring the scenery.-

Kat: Isn't the view lovely?

Cady: Yeah. It's so nice.

-They run off to get changed and stop the thief's spree.-

Isbrand: "Well, considering tonight's plans were 'get drunk by myself'..."

"Meet you here in half an hour."

Lita blushes a bit and skips off. Yes. Skips.

Half an hour later she's here all dolled up. She's got a leather jacket on with a white shirt underneath, a black choker with matching lipstick, a pair of blue jeans, high heels and a pair of aviators on her face.

-Isbrand, in a shocking turn of events, shows up in a pair of jean short-shorts, a black tank top, and her combat boots.-

Isbrand: "Ready?"

He mouth curls up in a smile as she sees Isbrand. She offers her arm.

"Let's."

Pangoro!Milagros would have managed to avoid being caught by multiple trainers...

Milagros: <Okay, I did not think this through...>

...only to hear footsteps.

Milagros: <Let me guess, another young girl?>

The approaching trainer turned out to be Florida.

Flordia: Lucky guess, actually.

Milagros: <Wait, how did you understa->

Florida: Self taught.

She would smile at him, only to notice his armband.

Florida: What is that?

Milagros: <Please don't tou->

She would slide it off in curiosity, causing Milagros to turn back into a human.

Milagros: ...touch it.

Florida: Wh-what is this? Does it turn you into a Pangoro or something?

Milagros: Yeah, actually.

He would explain Human -> Pokemon armbands to her.

Milagros: You can get them as scarfs and other accessories as well...

She would look lost in thought for a second, followed by her looking at him and tilting her head.

Flordia: Where do you buy them? If you bought them at all.

Milagros would smile at her.

Milagros: Follow me.

-Nightingale was about to pop a full six-wing black feather array behind her when Jackal walked in and shattered her cover-

-The resulting obscuric illusion is messy, six ephemeral blobs sticking out at odd angles with a feathered texture poorly wrapped around them-

-Nightingale's helmet flashes red and she promptly stomps off to somewhere else in the ship to sulk-

Des looks to Pent that just stormed off, then to Silas, then back to Pent.

"I'll...be back in a minute. We'll talk about the suit then."

He quickly follows Pent.

"Y'know, thinking back, I should have suspected it was you. Who else has hair like that. Are...um, you ok?"

Isbrand: "So, are you a shady dive bar girl or a high-class club girl?"

It was supposed to be a new face so noone could connect me to this...

-She takes a seat and breathes deeply through her helmet-

But yeah, not 'natural' so there's my first lie...

Des takes a seat next to Pent.

"You've got nothing to worry about. You know better than I that these people are trustworthy."

"And I'm sure they'll respect your privacy enough to not pry into those other lies. I know we haven't seen or spoken to each other in a long while but I still consider you my friend."

Lita eyes their options.

"I'm in the mood for dancing. I love a good dive bar but maybe somewhere with less second hand smoke would be good tonight. Besides, I wanna see you strut your stuff."

-Ian looks over at his Magical Friends and then back at the glitch-

Me: Listen here, you glitchy monster! You think you can drown this world's light in darkness on our watch? Well, we won't let you! Lita is currently hanging off of Isbrand's arm. She whispers back to her.

"Good thing I brought my own. I need it for work purposes. Besides, I think you could just flex and the bouncer would just let us in."

-Isbrand peers at the suited woman at the front of the line.-

Isbrand: "Probably. I know a fellow lesbian when I see one. The vibes."

Lita does her own little flex.

They get to the front of the line and offer their I Ds to the bouncer.

"I'm so excited. It's been forever since I've been clubbing.:

-The bouncer waves them in.-

Isbrand: "I've always been a more rough and tumble girl myself. Clubs have always been more my brother's scene - getting all dolled up in a dress or some nice clothes, strolling in, getting drunk on fruity drinks. Me? Pull up to a bar on my motorcycle, buy everyone cheap beer and expensive whiskey."

-She chuckles.-

Isbrand: "But there's cute girls here, too."

-She boops Lita's nose.-

Isbrand: "So, fruity drinks and dancing?"

"Oh yes please. Goddess you're so cool. You'll have take bring me for a ride sometime."

She takes Isbrand by the hand and guides them over to the bar.

"Sex on the Beach please. What's your poison, Isbrand?"

-She tries to calm herself down, her body language shifting to something rather more professional and cold-

"I remember the first time we worked together. It was...geez seven years ago. We were at a Casino for some reason. Can't remember why. There was a Poker Game going. You were like a spy. It was great."

He smiles, looking off into space.

"I wish I was there more. I really do. But...I had to make a tough decision about my life."

He goes quiet a bit.

"Now reality is on the brink of collapse."
