-They shuffle forward through the snow, find Vo mostly finished swallowing a roughly Swinub-sized meal, and recall him and start shuffling back.-

-Brie follows Kai, mostly out of necessity since she still can't stand on her own for too long-

The door is blown open, to reveal... An Alolan Ninetales using Protect. Who promptly drops the Protect to blow a full power Blizzard into the hallway. A torrent of ice and snow floods down the hall, threatening to sweep away anyone caught unaware.

Ama casually turns her head and releases Alstroemeria, who uses Light Screen. Semi-transparent walls of light appear around her and Hellebore.

Using Ama's momentary distraction, Daydre manages to rip herself from under Ama's foot. She weakly scrambles around looking for her belt, but doesn't get far before Ama grabs her again.

Ama: "... Why can't you just stay still and let me kill you? I know you. I know what you really think about dying."

Daydre: "If .. you really knew me you'd know the answer to that.. wouldn't you..?"

Brie: Well, I don't know how much the names would mean to you, but there's a world I've been to where the sky is just...full of moons. It's incredible. Or one with so few lights that you can see the Milky Way.

'Course, that might not look so nice now with all the tears...but I'll find a good sunset to show you. Don't worry.

Kai: ...It's green. A sorta pale, minty green. Since you're still in healing, it's kinda wispy and quiet right now.

-They open their eyes.-

Kai: When you were at 100%, though, it was... wild. Like, call it apt or call it cliche, but it was sorta like... gusty. You know those little gusts that make leaves and snow and stuff swirl around wildly? It was like that. And... okay, so, usually it registers as some sort of sound for me too, and for you, it was like, you know the sound of leaves rustling when the wind blows? It was sorta like that.

-They smile.-

Kai: It really does fit you.

Brie: ...Wow.

-she's a pretty bright red, so we guess she has her blood back-
