Tobias doesn't seem to really know what he's doing. I'm sure Fool will make short work with him from here on in.

I'm not sure. I think he might have won the Sinnoh Conference a few years back, but I'm not entirely sure.

We have hotel rooms booked for us around the city. If you're lucky, you might be able to find a hotel with pre-booked rooms for guests of entrants.
