Camryn was walking through the cave, turning to look at new things almost constantly. Her eyes were the size of dinner plates as she gasped, "Whoooooooaa! This place is so cool!
The cave was filled with gems and minerals that reflected the light in just the right way, causing the cave to be brightly lit no matter where you went. Some of the gems gave the light their color as well, so it was almost as though you were walking inside a rainbow. The inside was almost entirely undisturbed by human hands, which made it pristine. Overall, the cave looked like a portal to an ethereal otherworld. Camryn, of course, absolutely loved it.
She gasped. "I know who'd love this!" She unclipped a Pokéball from her belt. "Go, Uri!"
The Jumpluff appeared in a flash, which set off a chain reaction of sparkles and flashes from the numerous gems. <What did you say I'd - Whoooooooaa!> Uri's expression almost matched Camryn's exactly. <Where are we?>

Edge: <Hey, you're you! I'm me. Your powers probably work completely different for you than for me! At least materializing them. The finer details are probably more or less the same. Still, good exercise!>
-Nods- <For now, probably just focus on being able to materialize the energy. If my way works, great. If you find your own, fantastic! Eventually you figure out, kinda like Aura, I assume, I wouldn't know, you just find that switch that you use. It's learning how to flip the damn thing on that's hard. Once you do, you're gold.>
<Oh and after a while it stops being self-loathing stuff and stress. It's just easier that way! Or it was for me. Granted I was better when I was younger. Well better in that I could do more things. Once I was a Bisharp I could create homing Shadow Ball volleys and it was great. I can still do that. Sacrificed technique for power but it worked!>
<Anyways after you find out how to manifest it, you'll probably find a niche of constructs you like creating. Like Tagg and his chains and me and my claws or now shadow balls. Just... can't stress this enough really, your gut is always right with this. Always.>
