-some time after Crewe and Shard finish training, Crewe moves her stuff into her new room and sits on the bed. She pulls out her phone and calls Straw-

-Straw moves through the various Power Plant modules, avoiding the lava pools-

Whelp. A lot, actually. You know that Alyssa girl with the freaky long hair? I met up with her in the town where I saw that weirdo Bulbasaur, and we made a snowman. Then she told me about how she joined up with this group, and I went with her to talk to their leader, and now I'm a member of the Illusion Project!

-she looks around-

I don't know if I'm allowed to tell you where the base actually is, but I'm hanging out in my room there right now. And get this; one of the admins is a Dark Obscuric, and she's trying to teach me how to use my Obscura better.

Well, it's good you found a person who can help you with your Obscura, but what is this "Illusion Project?"

Oh, it this group of people that tries to help people. They take in outcasts and go out and try to end conflicts. They're kinda like the J-Team, but with less violence.

Robin: Alright, I've asked around for directions...And the robot uprising, but that went nowhere. Santalune City is just past route 4. If no detours are taken, and we make it back here on time, we'll have enough time to see what Lumiose City has to offer!

Oh, neat. The fact that they have an Obscura user is a bit odd though. Especially with the less violence, as you put it.

Um. He may or may not also somehow be working for the Illusion Project. He cornered me in a hallway yesterday. I'm fine, don't worry. Shard stepped in before he could touch me.

-Straw frowns, though Crewe can't see him-

The fact that this Illusion Project let some like Odin into it has me a bit puzzled, but it's good that you're safe. Just be careful around there.

Yeah, I don't really know how that happened, either. He probably tricked Echo into thinking he was something other than a total jerk, or he slipped in without talking to her.

I'll be fine. Don't worry about me. I don't think anyone around here would just stand by if he tried to hurt me.

The real problem's dealing with Constantin, I have no doubt that he's going to try something again, and I'm not sure if Fool's fully pried out of his clutches. I wouldn't be surprised if the bastard somehow managed to learn about this conversation or is listening in right now.

I suppose so. It wouldn't look good on them if they try to help others, yet can't help one of their own.
