What happened to the IJBM section on our forum site? Was it deleted by the moderators because of too much trolling? When did that happen?

Was deleted by the mods after they had a talk on it coz it was where the vast majority of mod intervention where from and they were getting tired of it taking up so much of their time. Hapenned about a month ago on Jan 9 IIRC.
Threads that were worth saving (like the fetish thread) were moved to other subforums

Is this the wrong place to ask? Anyway, I can't make a JBM page for some reason. I typed what it said I should type, and it still didn't work. Also, at the risk of sounding stupid, is the HTML bar the thing that you type UR Ls into to the right of the home button? I also tried Google and got nothing useful.
