Got my copy of the Limited Edition yesterday. So far, I'm not disappointed. Currently, I'm grinding for Gnome Coppers and Sylph Bowstrings so I can upgrade my weapons.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!How's the combat so far? Is it manageable?
I'm still learning. So far, it's decent. Can't wait to get some more skills though.
EDIT: Also, smacking skeletons off a cliff is quite fun, even if I don't get much Exp for doing it!

Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!The US version will apparently have a limited release. People are predicting another Metroid Prime Trilogy, where copies fetch up for hundreds on the second-hand market.
Maybe this will be another Sleeper Hit, and they'll make a wider run in the future...

Eeeexcellent.
i. hear. a. sound.Just found a copy second-hand, barely played. I do not consider this a good sign, but now I got all three 'screw you, USA!' titles in my possession.
So far, Xenoblade was the better game, but I consider Pandora's Tower to be more memorable. Let's see if The Last Story does better than either of them.
Compared to Lost Odyssey
how this one hold up? Cause I love LO.
I have no idea, since I never played that particular game. I'm mostly comparing it to Xenoblade Chronicles.
And, about 20 hours in (taking my sweet time), I can say it's a pretty dang good game. So far, I think I'm enjoying myself more than when I was playing Xenoblade.
Since I got about half of that gameplay time in today, I'm a bit too tired to write up a whole essay on the many things it does right (plus a few things it does wrong), but I might double-post it once the sun's up.
So, this game comrades out in America tomorrow. Are your bodies ready?
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.I hope it turns out good. I don't expect Xenoblade good but I hope I can at least get through the game without becoming bored.
Damn, I still haven't finished Xenoblade yet. Oh well, hope this is somewhat good, at least. Not expecting Xenoblade good either, but I hope it's good.
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!Went to pick up my pre-order today but they didn't have it, said it would come in tomorrow. They did, however, let me have the pre-order bonus soundtrack CD.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person....Yep. Apparently, due to a late shipment it won't be in most stores until the 16th.
Welcome to th:|I have kind of problem with this game. Everything is soooooo gray.
So...has anyone here who lives in North America been able to get this game yet? The shipments apparently still haven't arrived where I am.

Welcome to th:|I just got a text from Gamestop saying it'll be in tommorow. Cross your fingers.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.Amazon.ca delayed it to the 26th or something. This usually happens with niche games because they get stuck at customs.
Not Three Laws compliant.Dammit Nintendo...
First the 20th of last month then the 14th of this month now apparently it's the 17th.
It's like they don't want our money or something.
You are not alone, and you are not strange. You are you, and everyone has damage. Be the better person.Technically, I believe you should be blaming XSEED.
Welcome to th:|Either way someone screwed up.
On another note I hope this game sells well. I don't know about the rest of the stores near me but the one I typically go to said they only had ten pre-orders and four of those were store staff. Adding in me that's half the pre-orders they apparently got for such a big game. Now a lot of people might buy it without pre-ordering but they apparently ordered only 65 copies because they don't expect it to be a big seller. Compare this to Xenoblade which apparently had 50 pre-orders at that store alone.

So, has *anyone* actually gotten a copy of the game yet?
( no, snarky comments from importers are unneeded :p )
Home of CBR Rumbles-in-Exile: rumbles.fr.yuku.comSure. Picked it up at Gamemania used.
I listened to some of the English dialogue, it sounds even better than Xenoblade's dub!
