aight, finished reading the world legacy lore. I really wasn't expecting :Galatea to just up and become her own person and fuck over Lee's plan, but hey, whatever floats the boat of spiting lee. Also, the demiurge wasn't even an antagonist, just a device to ascend to godhood, so lee was the only antagonist throughout the whole run. Still, good stuff.

Bit of a random question but: are there any Ritual Pendulum monsters? I know there are Pendulum Fusion, Synchro and Xyz ones, but I don't think there are any Ritual ones.

Nope.

So Dragunity Remus is a 1-card Crystal Wing done in 5 summons (for Nibiru protection) without using your Normal. So that's neat.

New LIGHT Machine Ritual archetype called Draitron. Their gimmick is Ritual Summoning via combined Atk value instead of Level. The pringles are Level 1 with 2000 Atk while the boss monster is Level 12 with 4000 Atk.

Datascape promo card.

That's a really creative Ritual Spell idea. I'm liking this deck so far.

I kind of wish that since they're themed around stars in a constellaation, they'd be Pyro instead. Machines aren't hurting for options.

They at least seem to be designed to work with other Ritual archetypes. They do generic searching and their Ritual Spell can summon any Ritual Monster. I wonder if we'll see a Draitron/Nekroz deck.

Anyone have any ideas on some good negation cards? Either generic, and or cards (especially monsters) that end up banished face up?

If only Nemesys had a continuous card that once per turn let you negate by banishing a monster face up from your deck, but you have to negate its effect(s) and it can't be summoned that turn.

I wonder if any overlap with second and third stage Helios was intentional.

So far doesn't seem to be any connection beyond "both decks are themed after alchemy".

It's "Magistus", not "Megistus", so Duo Megistus and Trice Megistus aren't part of the archetype.

And predictably it is as lopsided as expected for a support card for Arcana Force

it rewards you for having the field spell up even if it's fucked, I like that.

Thats one hell of a downside tho....the opponent gets to draw ANY 1 CARD from their deck??? That could be the end of the game right there.

....but then again, you're playing Arcana force, so you probably dont care too much about winning ad much as the thrill of the gamble.

What Arcana Force needs: making their gambles have lower stakes.

What Arcana Force gets: the universal searcher for the opponent.

you arent wrong

The crazy thing is this card is a 3 of because even if you fail you still get an extra normal summon for arcanas, which you need.

Tuns out Crossout Designator is the closest my current online Banish deck gets to having good negation, only it's mostly for staples, and my deck doesn't run a lot of those. But between the Nemesys monsters, and Mana Dragon Zirnitron and Storm Dragon's Return (both recent changes to the deck), there's a way to recover the cards and potentially cheat them out easier.

lol people being mad that an Arcana Force card has a coin flip effect with a bad Tail effect

That's like.....Arcana Force's entire gimmick, where have you been the last, I dunno, 12 years or so???

There's a difference between "bad" and "abysmal". Arcana Force cards tend to have penalties that far outweigh the positives, and I'd say an omni search for free is probably most potent backlash you could receive outside an auto lose condition.
