Is Redd's lottery a summer only thing?

To clarify: Redd is now selling tickets on Harv's Island and you usually get a snack or beverage from him.

The raffle isn't summer exclusive if Redd's set up on Harv's island. At least, I remember being able to do it not long after when the update first dropped last November :x

I have one last item before my entire museum is complete. Just one: mahi-mahi.

Been stocking up on fish bait for the past couple weeks. I plan on going to mystery islands until I get Big Fish Island, then standing on the dock and throwing bait until I get my fish.

I'm gonna catch so many sea bass.

So guess which complete moron only just realised that she A. had not in fact donated a solemn painting to her museum and B. had one in her storage? Why am I like this...

I had the same experience with a Motherly Statue, which I just assumed I donated when I hadn't. Boy did I feel silly.

I’ve sold genuine art by accident because I forgot I had it and went on bulk sale autopilot before donating. It happens. :P

Is it just me or do certain recipes just never appear? Like the villagers who are supposed to craft them never do, and they don't appear in bottles either. I had to get my pitfall seed recipe from someone else because Axel outright refused to craft it. I also want a forbidden altar (crafted by lazies; mine is Bones) and an iron garden table (crafted by sisterlies; mine is Pashmina) but the villagers I have of those personalities won't craft them either.

Well, as ever, if anyone requires any of the spares I have listed here or here, just drop me a line.

On that note, I am so happy that the last update enabled storage of DIY cards. That should never have been a problem in the first place.

Redd seems to only carry fakes of the two paintings I'm missing, and rarely carries the statues I'm missing at all, and if he does, guess what? They're ALSO fake! It's almost like my copy is rigged against me or something. Anyway here's what I'm missing if anyone is able to deliver (I'll work out my GIGANTIC amount of dupes later and see who wants/needs what; I also have access to the Sanrio items if anyone wants):

• Amazing painting
• Detailed painting
• Motherly statue
• Robust statue
• Gallant statue
• Tremendous statue

In my experience he tends to carry certain paintings/statues more often than others, whether they be fake or real.

I do have spares of the Amazing Painting and Motherly Statue.

Nice, that's two out of... *counts* six. Probably gonna have to pray for the others from Redd... wish me luck with that, RNG doesn't seem to be on my side lately.

I have a Gallant Statue I can give away.

I have the other three (the Detailed Statue, the Robust Statue, and the Tremendous Statue).

You guys are the best. It might have to wait a bit though bc I turned on my Switch Lite just before and it was making this buzzing noise... I think I might have to get it looked at.

EDIT: The noise is definitely coming from the vents. It's the fan. Not surprised that the fan most likely needs a clean since I've had the thing for like... 2 years.

EDIT 2: OK for some reason it didn't do it when I took it in and tried to demonstrate to the person there? Weird.
