The idea was that Juna is the Earth's defender, and one of the anime's ED's is titled Sanctuary. There is an Utada Hikaru song titled Sanctuary, that includes backward lyrics.

Yup. It's Heartcatch*Paradise

Hint explanation:

From the lyrics: "haato ni pikapika migaiteireba". People do ask if the hints are related to the lyrics on ocaission, and I don't think I have had a lyric-related hint until now, so I decided to use one.

So the Ikue Ohtani thing was a coincidence, as I didn't do my research on Heartcatch's (and more importantly, The Movie's) seiyuu, but at least it helped make the hint less generic, and I don't think I have used any seiyuu-related hints before either.
