don't think that Killer Rabbit is an animal only version of Badass Adorable, or if it is, it is sure misused a lot.
It's more like Killer Rabbit is when a character visually appears to be cute and turns out to be a monster, while with Badass Adorable, you can admire her strenth, and still admit that she is adorable, on an emotional level, at the same time.
So, I think Sinister Adorable doesn't work that way, because the two parts are opposites that can't truly happen at the same time. If someone is actually sinister, it automatically makes their adorable appearance just a facade, making this a Killer Rabbit situation.
Killer Rabbit is about monsters being far more dangerous than they look. Not about animals. There's a reason Girl Scouts Are Evil is a subtrope.

So, I recently created a YKTTW for a trope about cute villains and realized I'm not sure if I understand Badass Adorable and the related tropes well enough.
Is Badass Adorable supposed to refer specifically to the good guys? Is Killer Rabbit supposed to refer specifically to the bad guys? When I asked about the distinctions between those tropes I was told it was that Killer Rabbit was about animals, is this still the distinction?
