He should probably try to keep the Ginyu Force, it's not like they're witnesses and it's more pragmatic to subsume Frieza's soldiers

Maybe, but considering the utter disdain Coola probably has for all things Frieza, I expect the Ginyus to get cut.
Plus, they are all pretty loyal to Frieza, so they might say no anyway.

I don't believe that. Bulma never does anything small. I'm sure she could find a way to be a danger to others as well, especially if those others are super strong martial artists.
You know, I'm actually re-watching the episodes where Ghost Gohan Sr. fought Goku to get a feel from what to expect out of him. There's the Kamehameha for sure, but I wonder what else he could potentially have in his arsenal.

Seems like they've skipped Yamcha though. I'm kinda disappointed by that. I admit I expected Gohan to win, but I kinda wanted how it'd go down anyway.

It's super obvious he'd win. Yamcha would be utterly massacred given that Gohan had been trained by Roshi and could put up a fight against post-water Goku.
It's possible that Gohan got stronger while in the afterlife, but he must have been pretty strong to begin with given how recently he died.

I'm more interested in seeing exactly what he'd do during the fight. Would he compliment Yamcha on his skill (even if it's still less than his own) and offer to train him? Would he just beat him down?
Would there even be a fight if Yamcha catches a glimpse of Bulma early on? Plus considering how he knew who Gohan was, I'd expect him to jump at a chance to meet him (barring anything from Bulma again).
It's obvious he'd lose (and I was also wondering about that post water Goku fight, since that means Gohan was stronger than Roshi at that point), but it's still something I wanted to see.

We've had one chapter, 23 pages.
This is the 6th special we've had since Babidi launched his trap. Meanwhile we've had 5 actual chapters, because of the double universe 3 special.
The double specials have been coming more frequent, we used to have six chapters more than specials to begin with, but now it's down to 3 and we rarely get a double story chapter. We might even reach the point where the specials outnumber the actual story.
