I honestly didn't think anything of it. Grace is at home with people she's comfortable around and is the least prudish character in the cast. Dresses with sleeves are a thing. And she wouldn't be the first woman ever to wear an oversized shirt as a dress when lounging around with friends.
This is just clothes.

I do think it's just a dress (heck, I regularly wear stuff like that around the house and I'm not a woman), it's just the idea of it being a shirt because I have never seen a shirt that long before.

Oh, that. I was thrown by the link going to Thursday, so I thought the comment must've been in reference to Story. It's a dress, a tunic dress. Yao Ming's shirt wouldn't have a height-to-shoulder ratio like that (and of course wouldn't have a women's chest).
Anyway, OC 08 - we all know about the kiss and the nudity, but I do have to wonder what could be making Grace blush.
