Just ... Portentious.
Oh dear. Krosp, what have you done?
Oh, that poor kitty. What has Tweedle planned for it?
Outside a "kick the cat" moment?
Tweedle could try to make a poisonous touch again or a capacity to surpass Dr Dim after this talk with Krosp. I am not above saying that Tweedle will mess with Krosp and or try to kill him because Krosp told him to get out of the Storm King thing.
Well here goes nothingOne intelligent cat is a novelty, but essentially useless.
An army of intelligent cats is, well, an army.
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise. Not sure about that because a bunch of intelligent cats will each declare themselves King ir Queen. And if that kitty is female I'm thinking that a Queen for Krosp is what Tweedle has in mind. WHY? Why? Not sure, maybe as a dustraction
Trump delenda estSo what is the deal with the "shiny thing"? Was it mentioned before?
Back during the Corbettite/Beast plot-arc, the Bear King said that now that Krosp was around, Tweedle had to surrender the Shiny Thing.
"An army of intelligent cats." No there's as frightening an idea as I've heard in a while...
They'll have a civil war by lunch, don't worry.
"You can reply to this Message!"Not if Krosp has anything to say about it. He's the original Jellicle cat.
I mean, technically speaking, "ominous" originally meant "portentous." Both have their roots in prophecy (though the former was modified from "omenous" centuries ago).
Martellus has the look of someone who forgets that constructs are terrible at obedience. That said, remembering his lycanthropic soldiers, he may have some inkling after all at why the Heterodynes are typically an exception to that rule.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Worse, cats.
He's not asking as many questions as to why Krosp is loyal to Agatha (and visa versa) as he should be.
Cats can be very loyal creatures. On their own terms. Take it for granted, and...
Since when is Wisdom something that is not a dump stat for a mad scientist?
Well here goes nothingMrrt?
If it moves, eat it. If it doesn't move, kick it—then eat it!Ohh, I fear that that smile hides a lurking surprise. What proof did we have, really?
Yay, we're going to get some backstory! Hopefully some *old* backstory, that might tie into some of the mysteries about the past.
I'm more concerned that what Higgs asserts to be true isn't quite. Look at the Lady's facial expressions.
I do hope I'm wrong. And I'm eager for the backstory, even though Agatha is waiting for her Mermaid rig. I hope she's not expected to breathe underwater in it, though I can see the Spark team providing a way.
Honestly, we can probably safely assume Lucrezia is gone from Agatha's mind at this point. As people have pointed out before, that particula sub-plot dragged on for a long time, so going "nah, she's still in there" would likely result in a lot of flipped tables.
You can drag something out only for so long before people get sick of it.

Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.Yeah, having Lucrezia still be around would be a terrible mistake plotwise.
I'm just hoping for a super-plus-ultra awkward name.
The Foglios dont make terrible narrative mistakes. Lots and lots and lots of ordinary ones, yes, but not terrible ones.
So he's not just a general who happened to be undercover, he's the spymaster of the Heterodynes. Sweet.
This makes sense. Maybe when he turned jagger his appearance didn't change as much as the others' so he was naturally suited for the job.
Though he did seem to show some jagger-like features when he strangled Tarvek.
We'd already heard about his role as spymaster, indirectly through Jenka in Paris.
Well, this isn't ominous.
Disgusted, but not surprised
