Still, Jones drunk is a funny thought.
The whole Sekhmet-Hathor angle is interesting, at least to me. I always thought that Jones, while the most powerful of the Court, wasn't anywhere near Coyote in power level.
If she IS a Goddess, the scales are more balanced than I had originally assumed.
WOOF!If she was some sort of goddess, why would she be so heavy? Wouldn't a goddess weigh whatever she wanted to weigh?
Maybe she knows Andrew Hussie is into fat chicks.

Um, "not on the same teir" doesn't specify higher or lower.
I was wondering if that meant Jones might be more powerful, until I scrolled down some and saw:
Coyote
Ah my bad.
Combat ability isn't quite the same thing as power tier, though.
Coyote could be the Batman of the supernatural world.
What's precedent ever done for us?^ I thought the same thing, but slightly further down:
Coyote.
Alas, my dreams of The Goddamned Coyote tearing through the deific community are shattered...

What's precedent ever done for us?Face it, Coyote > everything. That's a law.
Likes many underrated webcomicsThat was the most hilarious exchange I've seen in a while that wasn't actually in a work of fiction (and thus planned). "I thought the same thing, but slightly further down :"
Ugh. The more people argue that Annie HAS to be a phoenix, the more I'll view it as a cop-out if she is.
Being a phoenix doesn't mean "Isn't exactly Human" to me. That would be not human. I doubt we'll be able to guess what exactly she is and I'll be surprised if we find out by next Monday and don't get sidetracked before revealing what she is.
Unclouded TJ: Taking Bunny-Ears Lawyer too literally.Granted, but she is fire.
Two seconds too slow.

Productivity is for people without internet connections. -Count DorkuOkay. Fire elemental. I'll take that over a phoenix any day.
She could still arguably be a phoenix.
FUCK YOU IMMA PHOENIX
I'm guessing that a deity on Coyote's level would know a phoenix (being globe-spanning and super powerful) if he saw one. All he can say is that he "suspects". A phoenix was too blasted obvious, anyway.
Honestly, I think I would have been happier with "phoenix". "Fire elemental" is far too Gary Gygax for my taste.
The crown reminds me of Hellboy. Anung un rama.

I will keep my soul in a place out of sight, Far off, where the pulse of it is not heard.Fire elemental is still generic enough for magic to happen.
ps. gdi typing while drinking without a desk is hard i forgot about this.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterOkay, Tim, roll d20 plus your CHA modifier to see if you charm the fire elemental into sleeping with you.
Ra did it because they were afraid she'd not stop before humanity was wiped out, and then they'd have no believers at all.
So, no, it wasn't intended to be funny.
