• Broken Base: The "Spawn Camping in Overwatch" video. It was made over a free weekend in September 2017 with Brad using a level 1 smurf account relentlessly trolling newbie players. The video got very mixed responses from people, with one side who thought it was all in good fun, and others who felt Brad was legitimately cyberbullying new players who now might be discouraged to actually buy the game. Not helping is this video was released not long after Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan released a video stating the development team hates how toxic certain parts of the game's fanbase have become.
