YMMV / Yosumin!

Go To

  • Anti-Climax Boss: Bossmin is a bit of a cakewalk, only requiring, among a few relatively easy square sets and the usual stained glass collection, 999 of any Yosumin and 9 Badmin, which at this point in the game are guaranteed to appear one-at-a-time and you've likely been regularly triggering by accident.
  • Awesome Music: Most of the adventure mode makes use of the same happy-sugar music as you progress. Then you reach the Final Boss... and are greeted by a blast of hard rock with the "villain" rapping on about his awesomeness and geometry in an oddly high voice. No, really.
  • Fridge Brilliance: The Orangemin isn't named after its color; its naming is actually in a similar vein to the Dripmin being named after its teardrop shape.
  • That One Boss: The two levels that precede the Final Boss are utterly brutal:
    • The last stained glass stage requires matching 999 Redmin, resulting in an unusually lengthy stage.
    • The Pre-Final Boss fight against Goldmin requires 4 board-wiping Yosumin sets (which can only be gotten either through sheer luck or careful and deliberate planning) and multiple Goldmin, which are somewhat scarce and can easily be removed from the board before you can get to them by the sudden appearance of a Bigmin or accidentally triggering a Badmin.
