• Obliviously Evil: Mitt Cikuli, a former petro-CEO introduced sitting in a jail-cell in The Hague. He voices long racist rants against those who brought him low, near-boasts of gouging almost everyone who bought oil from him pre-Invasion and exploiting the nations where he was extracting it, and displays not a shred of guilt over the (for-now unrevealed) actions he took post-Invasion to ensure his continued profit - which seemingly got him convicted of war crimes. And somehow he apparently can't see that he's done anything other than be a 'good businessman'. Thankfully, he is excised from the second version of the story.
