YMMV / Warriors Adventure Game

Go To

  • Audience-Alienating Premise: A complex Tabletop Game meant to draw the D&D crowd to Warrior Cats. What? It's an incredibly odd marketing decision by Harper Collins, due to the target demographic of Warriors being children aged 9-12 (mostly girls), while players of Dungeons and Dragons tend to be males between the ages of 18 and 25. And since the Adventure Game is included in the fourth arc, people who wanted to, you know, read the book they just bought would face severe Continuity Lockout. Meanwhile, most already existing fans of Warriors found the game too confusing to play.
