- Fridge Brilliance: Three of the game's robots are implied to have only become killers because others assumed they were evil and cast them out. This mirrors the real life story of how Scott Cawthon created the horrifying Five Nights at Freddy's games, when Chipper & Sons Lumber Co. was slammed for having characters that looked like "creepy animatronics."
- Nightmare Fuel: It wouldn't be a proper Five Nights at Freddy's fangamenote , if it didn't have a good dosage of this.
- As expected from the local Springtrap Expy, Summercrab is far from a looker and looks horrifyingly decayed and mangled.
- Having poor Mike get caught by Happyshroom ends up with a very grisly game over screen. While it's obscured by the filters and darkness, it's pretty clear that the poor guy has been impaled on a large log turned into a sharp stake.
- The secret ending at first seems wholesome with Killtimber and Springcrab revealing to have feelings for eachother, but then it is shattered by Happyshroom who reveals to have killed both of them before moving on to Mike telling him that he won't be alive much longer before lunging at the screen.
