• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: When Ian successfully makes his move on Janet, shortly after it is briefly mentioned that she married a specialist, with no mention of why things didn't work out between her and Ian.
• Values Dissonance: Ian gives Nurses Catty and Beamish Forceful Kisses with no warning as his tuberculosis makes him very horny. While Chris pulls him off the latter, Ian gets no proper punishment for his actions.
