• Harsher in Hindsight: Not too long after this episode aired, Animaniacs, a new series from Warner Bros. and most of the Tiny Toons production crew premiered. The main characters were black and white 1930s cartoons who become stars in the modern world! Sound familiar? Furthermore, one of the Tiny Toons would eventually be a regular on the show like Plucky does at the end (except in Animaniacs' case, it was Elmyra, and it was on the show's popular spin-off rather than on the show itself). Even worse, after Tiny Toon Adventures Night Ghoulery aired in 1995, the Toons have rarely appeared or been mentioned again. Thankfully, in 2020, it was announced that the series would be rebooted as Tiny Toons Looniversity on HBO Max.
