• Heartwarming Moments: Scully and Mulder's conversation in the hospital:
  Scully: Back in the day, did we ever come across the ability to just wish someone back to life?
  Mulder: I invented it. When you were in the hospital, like this.
  Scully: You're a dark wizard, Mulder.
  Mulder: (shrugs his shoulders and laughs) What else is new?
• Tear Jerker: The return and death of Margaret Scully.
  • Scully receives a phone call while in Philadelphia where she learns her mother suffers a coma-inducing heart attack. She, especially when the R Ns roll Margaret's body out.
  • Scully learns that her mother's last request is to speak with Charlie, her youngest child who the family's lost touch with. While she and Mulder stay at Margaret's bedside, Charlie calls Scully which stirs their mother awake. She says a single sentence to Mulder, pointing out his and Scully's given-up son, before she immediately flatlines.
    Margaret Scully: My son...is named William, too!
