• Memetic Mutation: For a time, Professor Frink's phrase 'you insensitive clod' was quite popular on Fark and Slashdot.
• Squick: When Homer refuses to use eye drops after a laser eye surgery, Homer's eyes being crusting over in an incredibly gross and unsettling way. The worst thing is that while it's not like that for the entire episode, it will definitely leave a viewer feeling uneasy and making their skin itch or crawl.
