• Award Snub: Despite being critically praised, D'Arcy Carden was ultimately denied an Emmy nomination for her work in this episode.
• She Really Can Act: D'Arcy Carden shows off her chops when the main four get turned into Janets, and she gets down their personalities perfectly in a full range of emotions and she carries the episode.
  • Eleanor-Janet's Twin Switch gambit is particularly impressive. D'Arcy Carden does a tour-de-force job of impersonating Eleanor impersonating Jason badly.
• The Woobie: Matt, the poor accountant stuck with the job of recording and evaluating all of mankind's Weird Sex Things, and who has been repeatedly asking his boss for permission to commit suicide due to having seen way too much.
