• Values Dissonance: Very early in the manga, Natsuru, an eleven-year-old boy, grabs his mother's breasts...and the mother doesn't even reprimand him for it. This is considered comforting. If this had happened in America, the mother would be well within her right to scold him for something that would be considered sexual harassment. If he did it to someone else, he'd be sent to jail faster than you could say The Gods Lie.
