• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: Tadano's insistence on making the Black Knight the protagonist of his manga even when he is continuously turned down because of it. While it sucks someone else made it big with his character, his insistence at not even trying to iterate or change his character around just to be able to pass the selection process despite the promise he shows as a mangaka can make him seen as a stubborn mule that is the one in the way of his own dream. It doesn't help that Black Knight is in itself a popular character archetype that could be altered around a bit and passed off as something new, if derivative.
