• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: The current Chevrolet-sponsored version has been criticized for taking away some of the edge and uniqueness of the original GM-sponsored version, with its futuristic theming full of Tron Lines being seen as generic compared to the industrial theming of the original. It's gotten worse with the addition of TRON Lightcycle / Run over at Magic Kingdom, as it made Test Track's retheme look even blander, hence as to the likely reason why Disney and Chevrolet have been quick to work on another retheme.
