• Strawman Has a Point: Harren did violate a direct order by killing the alien creature and it is very much possible that it had no hostile intentions. But despite Janeway calling what he did a murder, the fact is that Harren either killed an invading alien intending to kill them all or a creature with no hostile intentions, that still invaded one of their bodies and was at the moment in process of sucking out their engines and getting them all killed.
