• Accidental Aesop: Listen to your doctor. If they say you don't need to do a certain procedure, don't do it, especially not by yourself without the professionals' tools and knowledge for it.
• Aluminum Christmas Trees: Yes, fecal transplants are a real medical procedure, though they're not as disgusting as portrayed on the show. They separate the bacteria from the fecal donor and put it in a suppository pill.
• Catharsis Factor: Repulsive as it may be, Linda defecating and vomiting uncontrollably is beyond satisfying due to the way she and Stephen treat Butters. Harriet Biggle, too, for sending Henrietta to the camp for troubled kids against her will.
• Fridge Brilliance: Stan's expertise with pipes and explosive anti-tanks makes sense when you consider that 1) he's Toolshed and 2) probably had to deal with something similar in "More Crap".
• The Woobie: Poor Kyle and Ike. Ike has to deal with his mother embarrassing him in public with details about the fecal transplant, and Kyle spends most of the story confused about who he is without his microbiome, along with nobody showing concern for his or Ike's privacy, including his friends who try to steal his mom's shit in exchange for a video game they could wait until Christmas to get anyway.
