YMMV / South Park S 20 E 9 Not Funny

• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • Garrison's impulsiveness being used to manipulate him to bomb other countries is a lot harsher after the Sarin gas incident in Syria and the accusations that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump had emotionally manipulated Trump to order the military strike.
  • The residents of South Park attempt to get Garrison to bomb Denmark, but upon realizing his dad is in the country, Kyle manages to manipulate Garrison not to go through with it. Next season, Kyle inadvertently causes Garrison to bomb another country, specifically Canada, much to his horror.
• The Un-Twist: Lennart Bedrager is a troll. Many fans saw this coming from a mile away.
• Villain Decay: Considering that in the movie it took the forces of hell to stop her, it's pretty anticlimactic to see Sheila being taken care of with a chair and a pantry.
