Socket's character design in-game and in the Japanese box art is much more pleasing. - They Copied It, So It Sucks!: The game received mixed reviews at the time of release due to taking so much from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The UK-based Sega Zone magazine gave the game a score of zero on the very basis of this trope.
