YMMV / Serving Sara

• Squick: Again, Joe having his arm shoved up a bull's ass.
• Strangled by the Red String: While Joe shows some physical attraction to Sara (she is played by Elizabeth Hurley), there's no real romantic chemistry between them. Yet by the film's ending they're a couple running a vineyard together.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: Sara is the victim in all this when she finds out her husband has been having an affair and serves her with divorce papers. Otherwise Joe isn't exactly pleasant (the only reason he agrees to help Sara is out of Greed), Gordon is a cheating scumbag, and everyone else in the film is trying to protect Gordon from Joe and Sara by violent and illegal means if necessary, and Tony is positively gleeful when he serves Sara. The only bright spot is the ending, where Gordon — by far the most loathsome of the cast, see Hate Sink on the main page — gets served and karma finally catches up with him.
