- Creator's Pet: Jackie and Hyde — especially Hyde. While they do have the odd obstacle or conflict to work around, the other characters are constantly in awe of how things seem to typically go right for them. Case in point, in one episode where the girls are all pissed off at the guys, Hyde is the only who weasels out of apologizing by simply looking sexy for Jackie, while Eric and Fez are reduced to humiliating themselves to get Donna and Laurie back. They're also the only ones who manage to get out of prison thanks to W.B. bailing them out, and they were all set to just ditch the others — on Eric and Donna's wedding day, no less — with no real comeuppance.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: It can be hard to believe Hyde's dialogue of "Donna fits in well in prison" wasn't an intentional Actor Allusion.
