• Heartwarming Moments: "Amar pelos dois" is a very sweet song already, but it takes on an additional layer of heartwarming if it's interpreted as being about sisterly love. Case in point: the lyrics reference the heart, at the time Salvador had a delicate heart condition and his sister Luísa composed the song for him.

• Never Live It Down: His "music is feelings, not fireworks" and "fast-food music" remarks just after he won the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. There's still a contingent of Eurovision fans who consider him some kind of elitist gatekeeper, despite Salvador having clarified time and time again what he meant in countless interviews since then, and even apologising and retracting his statement.
